Raft and Bridge Package – Cottonwood Family Float

We have partnered with historic Royal Gorge Bridge and Park to provide you with a fun-packed Colorado rafting package! We are offering a combination of entrance to the park with a 1/4 Day Cottonwood Family Float whitewater rafting trip! The days starts out with a 5 mile trip of Class II-III rapids through the Cottonwood Canyon just upstream from our Cotopaxi base. This is the perfect introductory trip for families with little kids or timid beginners. This section of river is very scenic with views of the Sangre de Cristo range, and you will encounter just a few rapids to add a little excitement to this relaxing trip. After your raft trip you will head over to the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park located at 4218 Co Rd. 3A, Canon City, CO. The bridge crosses a 1,000-foot deep gorge and provides amazing views of the scenery. The Royal Gorge Bridge & Park is open from 8:00am-7:00pm daily so you can access the park any day at your convenience with your ticket! You will also have access to the gondola to take a ride across the Gorge, or you can walk it at your own pace! Either way, you'll enjoy our lovely location from both the river and above!"
